Postdoctoral Fellow

Ana Ricchiardi (Ecuador) is a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Postdoctoral Fellow (YUFE4Postdocs) at the University of Cyprus, Department of Architecture. Her research project, MAKING SPACE: Migration and Socio-Spatial Relations in Cyprus, examines how migrant reception infrastructures shape everyday life and social relations in a divided, post-colonial, and securitised context. She holds a PhD in Architecture from Politecnico di Torino, where her work focused on urban informality and transitional morphologies in Sub-Saharan Africa. Her research and teaching explore intersections between urban form, migration, and socio-spatial justice.
